Due to the situation caused by the COVID-19 to offer more security and avoid possible contagion in our hotel, we have adopted the following important security changes :
ARRIVAL / CHECKIN
Pre-checkin service to avoid unnecessary crowding and waiting, It is important to send all Ids or passports ( 2 sides ) by e-mail in an attachment. On arrival you will have the keys and all the information of the hotel ready. If possible you can confirm arrival time. At reception we have individual masks for sale. Timetables : Checkin/ arrival from 14.00 h. Checkout/ departure before 11.00 h.
At the time of arrival the client will accept the rules of protocol and security established by the hotel. The reception desk will provide you with appropriate information on protocol and security measures in place. Right of admission for breach of protocol and safety rules. – ROOM
CLEANING SERVICE
For your comfort and safety. You will be given the room fully disinfected with a spray system with product Alergreen Multifunctionapproved and authorised by Health (D.G.S.P.) according to Standard UNE-EN 14476 and duly ventilated according to internal protocol. The daily change of towels will be on request . The daily cleaning of the room will be on request and at additional cost (consult rates). For bookings of 4 or more nights the room will be disinfected and cleaned again at no cost every 4 days. The cleaning staff will only have access to the rooms upon request for cleaning or change of towels.
BREAKFAST SERVICE
To speed up the opening times and capacity in the restaurant it is advisable to book breakfast ( see options ). Hours from 8.30 am to 10.00 pm.
RESTAURANT SERVICE
Due to the limited capacity of our restaurant and terraces it is important to book table and time at lunches / dinners ( check schedules and options ). New services ” Take Away ” and Picnic . – Private parking and free exclusive in the same hotel. New outdoor Picnic Space with children’s playground available this summer 2020.
BY SECURITY PROTOCOL
It will be necessary to always wash your hands when entering the hotel with hygienic gel available in all accesses. In common areas of the hotel and provided the safety distance is not guaranteed, it is necessary to use a certified protective mask.
